Conditions (Cracks/Breaks)

Before proceeding with the painting, we would like to gather information about the condition of the walls. If any walls require preparation or repairs before painting, please let us know. The wall preparation is optional—our team can simply proceed with painting if you prefer. It is not necessary to repair any walls unless you choose to do so.


Severe breakage: The wall has deep cracks, large holes, or significant damage to the drywall structure,  NO larger than 8 inches in diameter. Extensive repairs are required before painting.

Moderate breakage: Some visible cracks, medium-sized holes, or worn-out areas. Patching and sanding are needed before applying paint. Maximum 3 inch diameter

Minor breakage: The wall has small imperfections, such as tiny nail holes, slight cracks, or uneven surfaces. Minimal touch-ups are required. Maximum, 1 inch diameter


No repairs needed: The surface on all walls is in good condition with no visible damage. Ready to be painted immediately

Accessibility

We want to ensure that we can properly paint your home’s walls. For this, the distance between the wall and the professional painter must not exceed 1 ft



No need to move anything. Everything is set and ready with a 2 ft clearance for painters to pass through, and nothing is obstructing the surface to be painted



There are small shrubs, no more than 3 feet tall, or gardens in front of the walls that can be moved or temporarily covered with plastic while painting.





There are large trees, 3 feet or taller, in contact with the wall. However, they can be wrapped in plastic to prevent direct contact during the painting process.

🏠 Step-by-step Guide:

  1. Measure the perimeter shape of the house

    • Go outside and walk around the house.

    • Sketch the shape from a top view (like a blueprint).

    • Most homes are rectangles or combinations of rectangles.

    • Measure the length of each side using a measuring tape or a laser measurer.

    • Write down all the side lengths.

  2. Divide complex shapes into rectangles

    • If your house is L-shaped or irregular, break it into simple rectangles.

    • Label each section (e.g., Area A, Area B).

  3. Use the formula for area of a rectangle

    Area=Length×Width\text{Area} = \text{Length} \times \text{Width}

  4. Add the areas of all rectangles

    • Calculate the area of each section you drew.

    • Add all the areas together.

  5. Convert units if needed

    • If you measured in feet: the area will be in square feet (ft²).

    • If you measured in meters: the area will be in square meters (m²).

📐 Example:

Your house from above looks like this:

  • Rectangle A: 30 ft long × 20 ft wide → 600 ft²

  • Rectangle B (small extension): 10 ft × 5 ft → 50 ft²

Total Exterior Area = 600 + 50 = 650 ft²
